Who Are We?

We are Magali and Michaël, a Belgian couple originally from Antwerp and Ghent, now living in Spain. We met at a padel club a few years ago and quickly realized we share the same dreams and goals. Fueled by our passion for helping people, we combined our talents in 2023 to launch our own brand: La Casa de Sueños, literally translated as “The House of Dreams.” That was the beginning of our new chapter together, helping others find their dream home in Spain.

Our Mission

We guide our clients from the very first orientation phase to long after their purchase. Our personal and empathetic approach ensures clients don’t just feel satisfied, many even become friends. We take the time to understand your needs and desires, and our goal is to make the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Simply put: we’re here to help people find their dream home in Spain.

Our Vision

We aim to be an innovative player in the Spanish real estate sector by combining a personal, informal approach with all kinds of after-sales support. We work fully remotely and operate on a flexible, appointment-only basis, without a physical office. This allows us to be highly accessible and adapt to your schedule, whether it’s online or on location within our service areas along the Costa Blanca and Costa Cálida.

To find the perfect match, we schedule multiple viewings, giving you a complete picture of your options.
